Posters – Science to Action: Grassroots Activism for Ecologists (Wed 5:00pm, Exhibit Hall) – details
On Wednesday, five Scientist Rebels presented their personal experiences with non-violent direct action in a coordinated poster session. We all used the same poster design to present a key idea around NVDA.
Hundreds of ESA attendees strolled through the row and scanned our posters. Dozens of attendees stopped to talk about their own experiences or to ask questions about our experiences and ideas. We enjoyed the interesting conversations – including those that challenged us – and look forward to more!
